Frequently Asked Questions

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, we specialize in **custom and made-to-order rugs**. You can request custom sizes, colors, or design adjustments to suit your space.

Please message us on Etsy with your requirements, and we’ll guide you through design options, timelines, and pricing.

Sizing details

Small Spaces (4x6 ft or 5x8 ft): Ideal for smaller sitting areas or apartment living rooms. Typically, only the front legs of your furniture should rest on the rug, or the rug can float in the center of the coffee table.

Medium to Large Spaces (8x10 ft or 9x12 ft): The gold standard for most living rooms. This size allows either all furniture pieces (sofa, accent chairs, and coffee table) to sit entirely on the rug, or at least the front legs of all major seating pieces for a cohesive, anchored look.

Click "Message Seller" or "Request a Custom Order" on our Etsy shop and share your required dimensions. We’ll provide a custom quote and a digital preview right away.

Care instructions

We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot gently with a clean, dry cloth.

Professional rug cleaning is advised for deep cleaning to maintain the rug’s beauty and longevity.

Professional Cleaning: For deep cleaning, we recommend taking your rug to a professional cleaner who specializes in handmade natural fiber or wool rugs every 12 to 18 months. Avoid at-home steam cleaners or harsh chemical soaking.

Wholesale availability

yes, we do accept bulk and wholesale orders for hotels, designers, architects, offices, and large residential projects.

We can accommodate custom sizes, colors, designs, and quantities based on your requirements. For bulk pricing, production timelines, and customization options, please message us on Etsy with your details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can you create a rug using my own design, photo, or fabric reference?

Yes, absolutely. We can create a custom rug based on your own design, including photos, screenshots, artwork, fabric swatches, or any inspiration image you share.

Our artisans carefully translate your reference into a handmade rug, matching colors, patterns, and details as closely as possible. Please message us on Etsy with your image and size requirements, and we’ll guide you through feasibility, materials, timelines, and pricing.

Before production begins, we can share a **digital mockup and color confirmation** to ensure the final rug matches your vision as closely as possible.

How is pricing determined for handmade or custom rugs?

Pricing is based on several factors, including size, materials, weaving technique, design complexity, and production time. As each rug is handcrafted, custom designs or larger sizes may vary in price.

If you’re considering a custom rug, please message us on Etsy with your requirements, and we’ll provide a clear quote before production begins.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Returns and refunds follow Etsy’s return policies and the specific return details listed on each product page.

Please note that custom or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for returns, as they are created specifically for you. If there is any issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us on Etsy so we can assist and resolve it promptly.
